The practice was set up in 1958 by the founder, Avv. Gaetano Galantini, and developed during the years achieving a high degree of specialisation in insurance law, and establishing a solid and continuous collaboration with some of the most important insurance companies operating in the Italian market. The firm, due to the efforts of the Senior Partner Avv. Carlo F. Galantini, has also extended its activity in the private international law, commercial and transport law areas. In addition, the firm’s trans-national activities have been developed and regular contacts are maintained with foreign professionals, in particular, dealings with Law firms based in France, Ireland and Great Britain. Following the decease of the founder member (august 2000), Avv. Carlo Galantini carried on the activity of the firm in partnership with Avv. Virginia Cocco-Ordini, who had already been part of the operative structure of the firm. Between April 2001 and December 2002 the entire firm was integrated in the Law Office associated with the Ernst & Young Group in Italy.
